Bikini Body Kit with Wolska
Summer Bodies are made in the winter ... and in the
spring :)
Bikini Body Kit is a comprehensive training program
designed by Katarzyna Wolska for the hot summer of 2015 :), consisting of 5 modules (mini-workouts)
and stretching, which may be joined in a larger unit training.
BBK individual modules are so short that they can be
combined with other workouts, moreover, does not require any hardware (only
useful stopwatch to measure the time), so you can do them anywhere :) at home,
at the gym, in a hotel room, in delegation, on holidays – no excuses;)
BBK is designed to help in the quest for a vacation form,
but the training without proper nutrition, it is only 1/3 of success ..
Therefore, we stick to the healthy principles that are sure to make it easier
to achieve the desired effect :)
- Eat regular meals
- Drink lots of water
- Set sugar aside! Replace it with honey, agave syrup or stevia
- Eat more vegetables and fruits
- Eat more fish
- Set aside light products (usually apart from low in fat, contain sugar, and an array of artificial additives ...)
- Read the label! The longer the composition, the faster set aside the product on the store shelf
- Do not eat products that are processed and subjected to high thermal treatment (chips, sausages, instant products, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.)
- Eat more groats
- Limit cow dairy (yogurt, cottage country, cow's milk, etc.)
- If you eat meat - buy it from a trusted source, not from industrial farming - stuff you do not want - steroids and antibiotics
- Start your day with a cup of warm water with lemon
- Limit frying - try to bake, cook, grill
- Eat cream soups
- Set aside wheat flour and products thereof (white bread, dark caramel colored wheat bread, pasta)
- Set aside sweets, but leave bitter chocolate (2 cubes a day is ok :) – seek sweet taste in healthy substitutes like fruits, sweet potatoes, honey, stevia)
- If you fry - use rapeseed oil
- Do not forget about healthy fats - avocados, fish oil, coconut oil, linseed oil, pumpkin seed oil
I put a 30-day training schedule and I constantly add
comments to the individual modules.
NOTE: BBK is not suitable for beginners! Why?
Since unsupervised beginners may have problems with the
correct, technical execution of exercises used. Without proper technique and
without awareness of your body you can acquire injury, and THAT WE DO NOT WANT!
NOTE 2: Before each workout you should warm up, and after
a workout, do not forget to stretch :) unless you want to be
"impaled" and not slim :)
