5 smoothie bowls that will make you feel amazing

Breakfast is our favorite meal, it defines the rest of the day. If you start it with a huge amount of superpower you know it's gonna be a good day. With smoothie bowls you can create a combo of flavors and then top it with favorite fruits and nuts. And they are so pretty! ;)
Exclusively here, our blending freak shares her fav recipies.


1) PINA COLADA CHIA PUDDING - SMOOTHIE


  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • pinch of cardamon
  • optional: 1/4 banana + tsp chia seed

Add seeds to smoothie, mix it and leave it in fridge for 15-30 minutes

2) CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING SMOOTHIE


Chocolate layer
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1/4 cup rice milk 
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar 
  • 2 tsp maca root powder

Strawberry layer 
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Chia pudding layer
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 5 tbsp chia 

Leave it for 15-30 minutes in fridge before adding to your smoothie

3) CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup rice milk

4) STRAWBERRY BLUEBERRY PASSION FRUIT BOWL



  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cold coconut water
  • 100g frozen passion fruit pulp (available at acaimania.pl)
  • agave syrup to taste


5) ACAI STRAWBERRY • STRAWBERRY CHERRY MANGO PASSIONFRUIT SMOOTHIE



Acai layer

  • 200g frozen acaipulp from acaimania.pl
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Strawberry layer

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen starwberries 130g
  • 1/4 cup cherries 70g
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Passion fruit layer

  • 100g frozen mango pulp
  • 100g frozen passion fruit pulp from acaimania.pl
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
