Go Healthy with delicious smoothies! Pink Coco Bowl by Zuzia
Hi! it's me Zuzia and I'm blending smoothies all the time. I'm a vegetarian and now I'm trying to go on a raw diet - it is called 80/10/10. I will write for you special healthy tips ♥
Some may call it an obsession, others may call it an addiction. Either way, I love blending and have spent lots of time testing and trying various products.
Spring is the perfect time to clean up the body.
Healthy smoothies will help you in this. Try to introduce healthy habits into your
life, and you will immediately feel happier and full of energy- I promise.
Of course-a blender is the most essential tool for
makings smoothies. Blendtec or Vitamix are the best, but you can use any
blender you have. (I recommend Bosch or Philips, bigger powerfull of
engine -better.)

formulas'/smoothie tips/ 'superfoods' and ideas for extrahealthy vege meals.
It’s time for the first very easy mix - PINK COCO BOWL
- 1cup coconut milk (no sugar or other substances!)
- 1cup of frozen cherries
- frozen banana
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and put some
shredded coco and cacao nibs on the top ♥
